If it all went wrong, we are well versed in dispute resolution processes,  providing expert witnessing services in mediations, arbitration hearings, district and high courts and a range of tribunals.

We offer all cost estimating and financial control services, including:

• Setting development budgets and monitor during project,
• Assess progress on site, review payment claims and certify payment schedules ,
• Analyse extension of time claims,
• Conduct forensic accounting for construction projects in the aftermath of a liquidation,

We provide Project Management Services within the Construction Industry, guided by the Project Management Body of Knowledge (7th Edition). 

We are also undertake the Independent Certifier role under NZS 3910:2023
