 I help people, companies and their legal teams achieve clarity by advising them about their risks, costs and contractual issues in the Build and Civils sector across New Zealand. 

I pride myself on my straightforward approach to projects. Giving my clients all the cost and contract information and highlighting key risks so they can make the right decisions for their project.  

I also provide expert witnessing services for a variety of parties involved in insurance claim disputes, ‘leaky homes’ claims, payment claims or liquidations.

My qualifications include:

 Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Dispute Resolution) 

Bachelors’ in Science (Construction Economics and Management) 

Diploma in Construction Technology

 National Diploma in Civil Engineering.

I am:

 a full member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NZIQS).

 a registered Quantity Surveyor.

 an affiliate member of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand Inc. (AMINZ).

a member of Passive house, NAWIC, ACICA, ICEC, PMI, Institute of Advisors.
